Can I get a refund?

Well, that depends on the refund policy for your event, but we can absolutely get you pointed in the right direction.

First, you'll want to check out the refund policy for the event you've signed up for. Then, if you have any questions about that refund policy, you can contact the event coordinators directly for more details.


How to view the refund policy for your event
  • Search for your event
  • Click the event name to get to the event page (You may need to check the box for "Past Events")
  • Click the Details tab
  • Scroll down to the Cancellation & Refund Policy section
How to contact the event organizers
If you need any clarification on the refund policy, the event organizers will be able to fill you in on all the details. You can find the contact information for the event organizers on the left side of the Event Overview or Details page. Like so:



Why can't imATHLETE just refund me?
At the most basic level, your registration fee does not belong to us, and so we do not decide what happens with it. imATHLETE is a registration platform, which means that we do not put on the events listed here or set any of the event policies. Since we do not own the events, we also cannot not make any policy decisions on behalf of the event organizers. In turn, this means that we do not have the authority to issue refunds unless the event organizer directly authorizes us to issue that refund.
