How come my event isn't showing in my imATHLETE account?
There are a couple reasons why your event registration might not appear in your account.
Either you weren't logged into your imATHLETE account when you registered or you created an account after completing registration.
Whichever the case, we'd be happy to manually attach that registration to your account. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase confirmation and the email address that your imATHLETE account is linked with. We’ll take it from there!
In the mean time, you can still access and manage your registration here. All you'll need is you confirmation code (located on your purchase confirmation).
