How to renew your membership

  1. Go here to manage your membership

  2. Enter your confirmation code (Need your confirmation code? Click here)

  3. Click the orange Go button next to RENEW: renew your membership​

  4. Review your information and click the orange Renew button

How to change your membership type

In order to change your membership type from individual to family (or vice versa), you will first need to cancel your existing membership. Then, you can sign up for the new membership type. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go here to manage your membership

  2. Enter your confirmation code (Need your confirmation code? Click here)

  3. Click the orange Go button next to CANCEL: cancel your registrations

  4. Check the box next to "I understand..."

  5. Click the orange Submit button

  6. Go to the MCRRC Membership page here

  7. Sign up for the membership type you'd like to switch over to, and you're all set!

How to change the length of your membership

To change your membership from a 1-year to a 2-year or vice versa, you will first need to cancel your existing membership, then sign up for the new membership of your choice. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go here to manage your membership

  2. Enter your confirmation code (Need your confirmation code? Click here)

  3. Click the orange Go button next to CANCEL: cancel your registrations

  4. Check the box next to "I understand..."

  5. Click the orange Submit button

  6. Go to the MCRRC Membership page here

  7. Sign up for the membership type you'd like to switch to

​What to do if your membership was cancelled

If your membership has been cancelled, you will no longer be able to renew with your original confirmation number. You will need to visit the membership registration page here and sign up again. 

Where's my confirmation code?

You should have received an email from imATHLETE containing your confirmation code when your membership was added to our site. The quickest way to find your confirmation code is to search your email for that message from us. It was sent from no_reply@imathlete.com. 

If you no longer have that email from us, just click here, enter your email address in the Email Address field and click Send. We'll email to the address you entered confirmation codes for any registrations associated with that email address.
