I keep forwarding the link to my fundraising page to my yahoo email account, and the email keeps going to my spam folder even when I have the IMATHLETE in my address book. Anyone else having issues with Yahoo and their fundraising page communicating?

Thanks for contacting us. Our apologies for any confusion. This has to do with recent changes made to the Yahoo email domain. Yahoo no longer allows third parties to send emails on their behalf. So, because you are sending from our team management page instead of your actual yahoo account, the Yahoo server is blocking the send.

In other words, you won’t be able to invite donors unless you have an email with a different service provider. Not to worry though you can always send them your unique fundraising URL. It should look like something similar to:

Your unique URL will lead hopeful donors straight to your fundraising page, so feel free to copy and paste your URL link any and every where (e.g. texts, emails, social networks) — maybe even customize a short little message to go along with it.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
